Grand Elyseé Hamburg

Background

Each year, the Grand Elysée Hamburg stages the Wiener Ball (Viennese Ball). Lauth Communicates handled the press work for the events in 2010 and 2011. More than 500 guests from the fields of business, culture, politics and show, including Veronica Ferres, Natalia Wörner, Dominic Raacke, Susanne Daubner, Ralph Herforth, Jeanette Hain, and many more attended.

The Wiener Ball commenced with the ceremonial entrance of the organising committee. This was followed by a ballet presentation, around 40 debutante pairs then kicked off the ball with the traditional Viennese waltz. An extensive buffet with culinary specialities from Vienna along with big and small delicacies in the Viennese coffee-house style were served to the guests' great delight. The musical accompaniment for the evening was provided by Hamburg’s Classical Philharmonic Orchestra.
